Our Story
Dad’s BBQ Chillin’ and Grillin’ began in 2014 when our founder, Don Martinez, started competing in BBQ cook-offs across several states. After earning rave reviews at competitions hosted by the Kansas City Barbecue Society, California Barbecue Association and International Barbecue Cookers Association, we decided to turn our passion for competition and serving great food into a full-time catering business. The team at Dad’s has the experience for any event big or small, we’ve even had the honor of serving at massive events such as Stagecoach and Boots in the Park. We here at Dad’s are grateful for every event, every smile we get to put on our customer’s faces with great tasting food, and every one of you who has become part of our BBQ family.
